Very terrible service. No customer service charisma. Most especially the front desk bearded idiot. Bad attitude. And the worst. Thieves He literally told me to never come back because i asked gor explanations on bills charged. Terrible thief. And they giving reviews to themselves. I was warned no to. Felt i had a coupon let me patronize them. And loo so disappointed. Terrible

I usually go to the Carson og location. The customer service is great, the prices are fair and I trust that I'm getting correct information and great service.

I came in on a Saturday morning with a couple of other vehicles being serviced. My car needed an oil change, we were getting ready to take it across the country so I asked that they check everything they could.
