Rick's Lube Complete Autocare

Have been going to this shop for years, before Rick setup this shop and took over his parents shop at Avalon & Carson St. But seems like this branch's new people does not care about it's customer. I was there day before July 4th to have my car's idling problem check but was turned away by a white heavy set bearded gentlemen and was told they don't do idle adjustment. All I wanted is to have my car check and maybe repaired even if I have to leave my car on a long weekend. Unfortunately Alex was on a vacation, he's one of the long term good employees there and also told me to stop by to have my car check. May not go back here again and start looking for a new …

Very terrible service. No customer service charisma. Most especially the front desk bearded idiot. Bad attitude. And the worst. Thieves He literally told me to never come back because i asked gor explanations on bills charged. Terrible thief. And they giving reviews to themselves. I was warned no to. Felt i had a coupon let me patronize them. And loo so disappointed. Terrible

I usually go to the Carson og location. The customer service is great, the prices are fair and I trust that I'm getting correct information and great service.

Very good!!! The Oil change was more than estimated but I also asked for a few other things. But afterwards I got to talking with Alex about other things they do and I'm glad I did! They repair Air Conditioners also! We got an estimate for my condenser which is a huge job taking off the dash! I've had estimates ranging from $1k to $6k. Rick's is pleasantly closer to the lower end!!! Alex knew what he was talking about, I felt confident my vehicle was, and will be, in good hands!!

I came in on a Saturday morning with a couple of other vehicles being serviced. My car needed an oil change, we were getting ready to take it across the country so I asked that they check everything they could. Later that morning we picked up the car, tires properly inflated & ready to go. Total bill under $50⁰⁰. No muss no fuss! I would take my car there again, the shop just gives you that "good" feeling.
