America's Tire

Wow. This location is on point. Very fast, efficient and smart. They dont waste your time, they do not play games or make you feel like they are only here to sell sell sell. Time is money and it feels good when you see an establishment that works like this! Appreciate this location!

Do not tell them you've been in an accident or the car has been in an accident because they will say that you need new tires and won't service you. I went in for a simple tire rotation and made the mistake of mentioning the car was in an accident, they come back saying that doing their routine check they found the front tire treads to be much lower on the "inside" of the tires and that it's dangerous to work on and refused tire rotation. They said the problem might've been caused by the car crash. Recommended new tires to solve the problem. Since they refused to service and I was skeptical, I literally just went to another Americas Tire shop, didn't mention…

Came in with a leaking tire. The tires have 5000 miles on them. Hole about a quarter inch wide, directly in the tread. The associate told me that they couldn't fix it because it was "a slash and not a puncture". Said my only choice was to replace the entire tire instead. I'm not an idiot, so I told them no. I took my car across the street to 17Five Tires and they fixed the leak for $20. Maybe others have had better experiences, but I would have given them money to fix my leak, and instead they tried selling me a new tire, so I just gave the money to a shop that isn't concerned with selling you stuff you don't actually need.

Jonathan didn't wanna give me a tire rotation even though I had 2 continentals from America's tire on my car. He kept trying to push a sale an hour before the shop was to close. I had no problem going to the tire shop near me and paying $20 for a rotation that Jonathan denied. All my tires still have tread and life and I'm still alive. Some just like pushing sales to meet quotas, for commission, or out of ego.

I bought my tires online and scheduled an appointment here for 8 AM. When I arrived at 7:50 AM, there were already other customers standing around waiting. When they opened, the employees came out and started calling out the names of people with appointments. I had already paid for my tires online, so it was basically just me confirming my appointment, handing them my keys, and sitting in the waiting room. They installed four new tires in exactly 30 minutes and I was out the door by 8:30 AM. Great service.
